BW
9000 bag-weigher is built on TS 9000, that is a type
approved
checkweigher. It is intended to be built in the
productionline for
bag handling, the bags will be automatically
weighed when they
passes the weigher.
The type approved bag
weigher is an instrument for fulfilling
the claims of weight
accuracy, as well as verifying the result
of the production and
documentation for ISO 9000.
BW 9000, with servo program installed, also fulfill the
function to
reduce give-away. When the weigher registers
that the average weight
has digressed from the nominal
weight, a signal is sent to adjust
the filling machine back
to the nominal weight.
With a printer installed , a
production report can be printed.
The report shows a number of
results from the production,
and can be the base for production
follow-up.
The weigher is equipped with a PC,
which makes it possible
to transfer information to other connected
data systems.
